Removing barriers for over 20 years.
There are a lot of barriers to people performing well: poverty, history of trauma, learning disabilities, SEL related disabilities, unmet needs, different cognitive abilities, medical diagnoses, mental health challenges, lagging skills, lack of resilience, limiting beliefs, and systemic barriers to name just a few. Sarah has experience in strategically removing these barriers and building skills so students and staff can shine. This work has grown outside of schools to also support social service agencies, public offices, and corporate businesses who aim to be trauma informed, de-escalate stressful situations, and build resilience in their employees.
